We offer remote support to all our customers through a variety of means including VPN, direct server access or remote control.

Once you are on the phone with a member of our support team, you will be asked to click the Start Remote Support Session button above.

You are prompted to download a small virus-free plug-in. You should grant permission to this.

Your support representative will then be able to view your screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard.

Our support staff can then guide you through resolving your problem. You are in full control of your computer at all times. You always have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard, and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time.
